My therapeutic practice centres respect, curiosity, and care, and a commitment to honouring and respecting my clients’ diverse life experiences, wisdoms and identities. I trust my clients in their unique capacity for healing and understand my clients as the experts of their own experience.
I am passionate about social justice-oriented therapy that empowers those who experience marginalisation and oppression, and I deeply value de-colonial and First Nations perspectives, understandings, and contexts. I have a special interest in LGBTIQA+ and First Nations advocacy, and endeavour to create a therapeutic environment that is culturally responsive, creative and neuroaffirming. I work with both adolescents and adults.
My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individuals context, however is informed by:

- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
