My therapeutic practice centres respect, curiosity, and care, and a commitment to honouring and respecting my clients’ diverse life experiences, wisdoms and identities. I trust my clients in their unique capacity for healing and understand my clients as the experts of their own experience.

I am passionate about social justice-oriented therapy that empowers those who experience marginalisation and oppression, and I deeply value de-colonial and First Nations perspectives, understandings, and contexts. I have a special interest in LGBTIQA+ and First Nations advocacy, and endeavour to create a therapeutic environment that is culturally responsive, creative and neuroaffirming. I work with both adolescents and adults.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individuals context, however is informed by:

  • Narrative Therapy
  • Schema Therapy
  • Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

I provide support to people in navigating a variety of experiences, including but not limited to:

  • Grief, anger, and loss
  • Mood and anxiety disorders
  • Addressing trauma and intergenerational trauma
  • Adjusting to major life changes
  • Navigating intimate, social, and family relationships
  • Questioning and affirming gender
  • Experiences of sex and sexuality
