Hello, I’m Roula (She/her) and I’m a Psychologist who works in Sydney with young adults (and adults young at heart!) for individual counselling support either face to face, or via telehealth. I work with individuals to help them understand the meaning they place on their experiences and work together as a team to identify and solve problems, and hopefully gain a greater sense of fulfilment in life.

I value the important role the community, the family, spirituality and Country play in individual wellbeing. I aim to create a safe space where you will feel valued and have your voice heard. My therapeutic work is centred around affirmative practice to create a space of safety for you to be your authentic self.

My therapeutic approaches vary depending on client presentation, preference, age and stage of development. Clinically proven therapies are used for emotional release exercises, future planning and goal setting. Some treatment modalities I use include:

I have sixteen years of experience as a counsellor working in both the public and private health sectors, and as a Board Approved Supervisor with AHPRA, having provided supervision to Provisional Psychologists who have successfully completed their registration requirements. I am registered with SIRA to provide psychological therapy funded by Workers Compensation claims. I have trained as a Uniformed Psychologist with the Royal Australian Army Reserve and value a life of service and community contribution.

When I’m not working I love to immerse myself in nature, spend time with my family and two beautiful boys.
